REGENCY RESTAURANT

One of Brighton's most popular (and our favorite) fish restaurants on the famous sea front, opposite the infamous crumbling West Pier. We are particularly proud of this installation as the Crossbow 820 terminals were some of the first that we imported into the UK. Six years later, they are still going strong today.

As a seasonal business, the directors of the Regency Restaurant were looking to install a cost effective EPOS solution, following an extensive refurbishment of their restaurant. Using three myPOS Crossbow terminals as waiter stations and a fourth terminal for the use of a cashier, a cost effective EPOS solution was introduced. By using waiter stations, the directors were able to save on hardware costs and also retain control of their business by not allowing staff access to the cashier station.

The four myPOS terminals were all networked back to a back office PC server which in turn was linked to a kitchen prep printer. Running on the back office PC server, a full table management application was enabled, allowing staff to access, add to, edit or move any restaurant account from any terminal.
